Welcome to Jurra Does Announcements; I’m so glad you’re here! Some frequently asked questions are below to help you find your way around my site.

What is Jurra Does Announcements?

Jurra Does Announcements is my graphic design business that allows you to completely customize your order. I don’t think you should have to order the same, boring announcements as everyone else. You can build your own announcement, choose one from a sample, or mix and match a few designs to create the perfect announcement for you!

Do you only do announcements?

No! While I have designed many graduation announcements, I also design invitations of other kinds (weddings, parties, etc.); website banners and logos; business postcards; apparel for a sports team; and more! All of these things can be found in one of the tabs above.

If there is something you want designed that isn’t offered on the site, that just means no one else has ordered it yet! Please let me know about any idea you have… I would love to be your designer!

What photographs can I use?

At this time I am not taking photographs. However, as long as you have permission to use the photos in question (senior pictures, engagement pictures, etc.) I can use them in your designs! Usually photographers are okay with using the photographs you take as long as you take the time to ask them. If you have any questions, please visit the contact page to email me.

Where can I find samples?

You can find everything you’re looking for in one of the tabs above! For example, if you’re looking for Jurra’s samples of wedding invitations, hover over “Designs” and select “Weddings” to see the samples!

How do I receive a price quote?

There is a tab at the top of the page labeled “Pricing” that will give you a breakdown of how much each size and style costs. If you wish to receive a personalized price quote for several items, visit the contact page and we will get things rolling!

How do I place an order?

Simply visit the contact page to begin placing your order! Give a brief description of the item you wish to order to get started.

Are envelopes provided with my invitation order?

In most cases: YES! 4×6 and 5×7 orders include envelopes. 4×8 do not include envelopes, but they will fit in regular business envelopes available anywhere office supplies are sold.

How long will my order take?

After contact has been created, your photos have been sent to me and a design has been agreed upon, a proof will be sent to you within 48 hours. It can take only a few hours to put together and order a design. I use an online printer, though, and the invitations must have time to ship to you. LAST MINUTE ORDERS ARE ALWAYS WELCOME, BUT THEY COME WITH EXTRA SHIPPING CHARGES PUT IN PLACE BY THE ONLINE PRINTER.

To avoid paying rush shipping fees, please allow at least two weeks for your invitation order. In the event that a last-minute order must be placed (and I know it happens!), I will do my best to make sure you get your order for as inexpensive as possible!
